Muse Brasserie is an independent restaurant group based in the South West of England, with sites in Cheltenham, Bristol and Gloucester Quays. Built around French fusion cooking, where classical French technique meets the bold, aromatic flavours of Asia.

Muse has built a loyal following through its seasonal menus, warm neighbourhood atmosphere and genuine hospitality. Each location carries its own character, shaped in part by locally inspired dishes developed by the kitchen teams, while sharing the brand’s signature aesthetic: soft pink and teal interiors centred around an iconic apple blossom tree. Muse is open for lunch, dinner and Saturday brunch.
