• Competition winner will be entitled to 1x Gloucester Rugby 2026/27 season shirt and 1 x Gloucester Rugby branded Rugby ball
• Winner will be notified via Direct Message on social media and must respond within 48 hours of being notified via social media
• Any Gloucester Quays Management decision is final.
• No cash or gift voucher alternative is available.
• Prize winner must be available to collect by Sunday 13^th September.

COMPETITION PERIOD: Entries for the competition will close at 00:00 GMT on Wednesday 9^th September. Any entries received after the end of the Competition Period will not be entered into the draw.

HOW TO ENTER: To enter, customers must like and tag a friend on the competition launch post on @gloucesterquays Instagram or Facebook, plus share to their story for an additional entry.

PRIZE: One winner will receive 1x Gloucester Rugby 2026/27 season shirt and 1 x Gloucester Rugby branded Rugby ball. The Prize is non-refundable, non-transferable, non-exchangeable and cannot be substituted. There is also no cash alternative available for the Prize. Winner must be able to collect the prize in person by Sunday 13^th September 2026 before 17:00GMT.

ELIGIBILITY: To enter you must be 18 years or over and a resident of the United Kingdom or Republic of Ireland. No employees (or their family members) of the Promoter or any other party associated with the prize draw may enter.

WINNER SELECTION: One Winner will be randomly selected on Thursday 10^th September.

NOTIFICATION: The winner will be notified via direct message on socials from the official Gloucester Quays account @gloucesterquays. If a winner cannot be contacted or does not respond within 48 hours of the initial attempt to notify them, the prize will be forfeited, and an alternate winner will be selected.

DECISIONS OF THE PROMOTER: The decisions of the Promoter shall be final and no correspondence will be entered into regarding these decisions. The Promoter may, in its sole discretion and without liability, cancel the prize draw. AGREEMENT TO PRIZE DRAW TERMS AND CONDITIONS: By entering the prize draw, you agree to be bound by these prize draw terms.
